Research interests and academic work
Research Interests
My research sits at the intersection of physics, quantitative biology and data science. I am interested in using mathematical and computational methods to tackle problems in genomics. I currently work as a postdoctoral researcher in single-molecule genomics and bioinformatics at the University of Exeter, where I develop computational and quantitative approaches to analyse high-resolution genomic data and better understand chromatin organisation.
My academic work spans theoretical physics, applied mathematics and genomics.
